our house features an inviting front porch, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living area with a smart tv, formal dining room, and a sunroom/game room which includes a foosball table and second smart tv, with comfortable beds and furnishings throughout There is also laundry room in the basement with a washer and dryer and a fenced back yard.
note: the sunroom has one heating and air conditioner vent into the room but it does not have a cold air return and the windows are only storm windows This means that on the hotter and colder days of the year the temperature in this room might not be quite as comfortable, although there is a ceiling fan and an extra heater in the winter..
